Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American performer and actress. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and also for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven.
